A. Marilyn Moyer, Jr. Scholarship | Deadline Date: April 30th, 2010
Must be a resident of Bucks County, PA; academically qualified; have record of involvement in community, church or other activities (especially as a leader); have been involved in giving service to others; have financial need. See Miss Armstrong for more details.
Prom Guide Scholarship | Deadline Date: May 1st, 2010
Prom Guide is searching for one high school senior to be the official student spokesperson for its PG Card. As a spokesperson, you will share with other prom-bound teens the benefits of using the PG Card. Paper application and short YouTube video about the PG Card are required. The most creative applicant will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship. Go to www.promguide.com for more information.
PFC Michael Brian McGinnis USMC Scholarship | Deadline Date: May 1st, 2010
Five hundred dollar award is based on following criteria: completed application, proof of partish membership, recommendation from parish priest, minimum 1000 word essay on Michael Collins, recommendation from a teacher, Irish lineage.
Please note: students must live in specific parishes in Bucks County to qualify. See Miss Armstrong for more details.
Philadelphia Credit Union Scholarship | Deadline Date: May 10th, 2010
Four $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to seniors that are members in good standing of the Credit Union. Application requires transcripts, teacher reference, and two completed essay questions. SunTrust Off to College Scholarship Sweepstakes | Deadline Date: May 14th, 2010
$1,000 scholarship for high school seniors. Eligibility not based on GPA or financial need. Fifteen chances to win with one winner chosen every two weeks from October to May.
