Financial Aid

We recognize that choosing an independent private school is a major financial decision for families. Nazareth Academy High School seeks students from all socioeconomic backgrounds, and it is our philosophy to keep the school within reach of many girls. Having talented students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds strengthens our Nazareth community in every way.

Nazareth Academy High School believes in a personalized financial aid process and remains committed to individualized review. In an effort to collect specific documentation that could potentially lead to additional resources for a family in the future, we will utilize an outside agency as a component of our award process.

Families wishing to apply for financial aid through Nazareth Academy will need to complete an online application and supply the required documentation. The largest portion of Nazareth’s internal financial aid award occurs at our review in December. Although the application will be available into the New Year, the resources deplete from the initial awards. Families are strongly encouraged to participate in the financial aid process for the December deadline. There is a fee charged by FACTS to submit an aid application.

To access the financial aid application, please click here.

We have included questions in the financial aid application that reflect our personalized approach to this process, such as “number of dependents in elementary/high school and tuitions”. The general application only asks for college and day care. You will also have a section to provide your personal story and details behind the numbers. For more information on required documentation needed for your financial aid application, please click here.

The deadline for Financial Aid for the 2026-2027 school year is November 1, 2025 for new students and January 15 - April 15, 2026 for Returning Students.

For more information regarding Financial Aid, please contact Mrs. Jennifer McCloskey '03, Director of Finance, at 215-268-1069 or via email.

Mission & Ministry ScholarshipNazareth Academy High School is a Catholic, private, fully accredited college preparatory school for young women, sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth. Since 1885, when their foundress, Blessed Mary of Jesus the Good Shepherd (Frances Siedliska) arrived in Chicago to help serve the wave of immigrants from Europe, the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth (CSFN) have been serving families and children in the U.S.  Such service flows from their charism: to model the love within the Holy Family of Nazareth for God, for each other, and for the larger community.

Today, CSFNs live out their charism through a community life of prayer and devotion to the sacraments, and through active ministering to families and children. Whether in classrooms and educational settings, healthcare institutions, parishes, prisons, social service agencies, or retreat centers, all are serving God through their devoted ministry to families and children.
