Dear Students and Parents/Guardians:
Below is information regarding the protocols for our Hybrid Learning Model as outlined in our Health and Safety Plan. We are monitoring the most recent guidance from Governor Tom Wolf regarding Determining the Instructional Models During the Pandemic.
Hybrid Learning Model Protocols During the hybrid learning model, parents and faculty/staff will be required to complete a daily check-in health questionnaire.
If you do not bring your lunch, it is recommended that you pre-order lunches the night before school.
Emails will be sent under separate cover with detailed instructions on both.

Update to Calendar In light of the ongoing challenges of making sure all is ready for students on day one of the new school year, we have revised the calendar to account for more time to allow for planning and preparation for our faculty and staff. This will allow sufficient time for faculty and staff to receive training for the new classroom equipment, including the camera, additional monitor, and speakers. School for students now begins on August 31st. Students may wear relaxed clothing in good taste and appropriate during the opening week of school. Full uniform will be required beginning Tuesday, September 8th.

Athletics and Student Life At this time, the Academies League is deciding on delaying the fall season depending upon the PIAA and Governor Wolf's guidance. More information will be shared when it is announced by PIAA or the league. Additionally, other protocols regarding Student Life at Nazareth will be shared broadly as the school year approaches.
By now we envisioned full in-person academic year. Yet, we continue to establish new ways of doing things. Proudly, our students and faculty have efficiently transitioned to virtual classrooms, discovering new ways to communicate, teach and learn. Their resilience and creativity are a constant source of inspiration. Our planning adheres to the guidelines and protocols so that one day soon full in-person instruction is the normal day.
May the Holy Family of Nazareth bless you and keep you safe.
Sincerely,
Denise LePera James Meredith President Principal
