Athletic Hall of Fame Nominations
On Saturday, February 4, 2023, Nazareth Academy High School will celebrate its Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. We are now calling upon our Nazareth community to nominate individuals who are deserving of this honor.
The Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes the achievement(s) of those who have made a significant contribution to the athletic program at Nazareth Academy High School or who have distinguished themselves at the collegiate or professional level after participating in athletics at Nazareth Academy. Nominees are divided into three categories: Athlete, Team, and Coach.
Please submit your nominations by November 18th. Thank you and we look forward to recognizing and celebrating our incredible athletes, teams and coaches in February.
IRA Charitable Rollover Opportunity
In December 2015, Congress passed H.R. 2029: Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act of 2015, which made permanent what is popularly known as the IRA charitable rollover.
Under this legislation, if you are 70 ½ and older you can use your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to make a gift directly to your favorite charitable institutions, including Nazareth Academy High School. By making this direct distribution to Nazareth, you will exclude the amount of the gift from your gross income for federal tax purposes. To learn more please click here.
