"A" Schedule

Main Office

  • YOUR PAYMENT & RESERVATION FOR THE HERSHEY PARK TRIP IS DUE BY: FRIDAY, MARCH 22, 2019
    THIS IS THE FINAL DEADLINE DATE SINCE TICKETS NEED TO BE PURCHASED BY MARCH 29TH TO GET THE DISCOUNTED PRICE!
    FORM MUST BE SIGNED & RETURNED WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE ATTENDING.
  • Reminder to all seniors,  prom money is due no later than April 16th.  If any senior wants  a vegan or vegetarian meal at the prom, or any senior who will not be attending the prom, let Mrs. Sylvester know by Friday, March 22nd.  
  • Junior Dinner Dance form for Catalano picture packages is due to the Main Office no later than March 27th. Photo packages are not included in Junior Dinner Dance admission payment. Please see form for more details.
  • Junior Dinner Dance permission form is due to the Main Office no later than March 29th. Permission form MUST have all necessary information filled in. Please see homeroom moderator with any questions or concerns
  • All Juniors must see Mrs Budd in regards to their appropriate dress before Junior Dinner Dance on April 6th. 

Academics

  • Mr. Roche's AP Language students from this past fall should stop by the Writing Center BEFORE Activity Period today to pick up another test prep packet. 
  • Attention all prospective National Honor Society members: your applications to the NHS have been reviewed. There will be a mandatory meeting on Thursday, March 21 in the Performing Arts Center during activity period to go over what the next steps to membership are. Please see Mrs. Budd or Ms. Schroeder with questions or concerns.

Student Life

  • CSC will have a bake sale today during all lunches to raise money for the Smile Train. Remember to bring your money! 
  • This is a reminder to sophomores applying to go on Kairos as juniors.  
    Applications are due by the end of the school day on March 27th.
    If you have any questions please see Ms. Mikulski or Ms. Donnelly.
  • Please remember to bring things in for the Lenten food drive. If you are unsure of what to bring in, please check out the flyer in your homeroom. All items should be placed in the bins under the Blessed Mother statue on the second floor. 
  • Bread basketball is on!!!  This week we are collecting diapers and wipes!  Let’s goooooo!
  • Sign-ups are out for Intramural Basketball! All are welcome no prior experience needed. Register teams in Homeroom from now until Wednesday, March 27.  Games Begin Monday, April 1st. 30-minute running clock Games During Activity Period Questions? See Mr. Marchese
  • This is the last call for highlights submissions. The theme is space. Please hand in your writing or artwork to the highlights editors or the highlights office or email them to us. Please hand everything in by end of today. You should have received a list with a prompt during homeroom. If you did not do this, please check your emails.
  • On Thursday March 28th, there will be a High School Respect Life Leadership Day at Cardinal O'Hara High School. Students will hear about the beauty of human life, and how to fight the issue of abortion. All interested should sign up with Ms. Donnelly
  • We are now ordering pins for chem club. If you would like a pin, please see Michelle Trinh in the English Center during homeroom with your $3. Please get your money to her by next Friday. 
  • This Lent, Campus Ministry is collecting baby items until April 3rd to create gift baskets for women who cannot afford necessities for their babies. We are asking for donation to bring items such as diapers, clothing, bottles, binkies, socks, and toys for babies newborn to 18 months. All donations can be brought to Ms. Donnelly's office on the third floor. 

Counseling

  • Today Wednesday March 20th, Mrs. Glasson will be having a college planning session in computer lab A. The session will provide you with college essay prompts and give you the opportunity to brainstorm and start your essay. The session will be held in computer lab A during activity period. The computer lab will be closed to all other students. Thank you!
