After a much anticipated weekend we are sad to see the World Meeting of Families come to and end in Philadelphia. However, the impact that the festival had on our Nazareth family and our presence at the festival is one that we will never forget. From current students and alumnae singing at the Papal Masses to our Naz families getting involved with this weekend's events we are proud to say that our Naz family embodied what it truely means to be a part of Nazareth Academy. Thank you!
Below are photos of some of our family that were involved in the festival events.

Ms. Chmelko was also asked to be the Director for the High School Papal Choir. Dana, Victoria, Jackie and Marne auditioned and were accepted into the High School Papal Choir which will combine with the core Papal Choir, several other choirs, and the Archdiocesan Children’s Choir, forming a choir of 500 for the mass on the Parkway. They were specially featured alongside the children’s choir during the Marian Antiphon after communion in an arrangement of the Bach/Gounod Ave Maria. In addition, alumna Charlene Angelini-Lukach, '99 (pictured below), was the Cantor for each of the Papal masses.
