The Athletics program at Nazareth Academy is a vital part of the school community and offers our student body a balanced curriculum.  We believe that athletics are an extension of the classroom.  Our student athletes learn about commitment, dedication, hard work, discipline, and teamwork through participation in sports; they represent the Nazareth community with great pride.

We are members of the Pennsylvania Inter-Scholastic Athletic Association (P.I.A.A.) and our teams compete in the Athletic Association of Catholic Academies (A.A.C.A.).  Our athletes compete at the highest level which challenges them to strive for district, state and national recognition.  With 12 sports to choose from, all Nazareth students are given the opportunity to try-out for an athletic team.

Our coaching staff at Nazareth is committed to the student athlete, not just for sports, but for academics and personal growth, as well. The coaches believe in the school's mission of faith, family, and education and use it as the foundation for their teachings.

At Nazareth we have a full time athletic trainer to ensure that all student athletes are safe and all medical needs are being met. Our partnership with NovaCare allows our student athletes to receive the best care in the area. Our strength and conditioning coach allows our student athletes to be prepared for the upcoming season and keep our athletes fit in the offseason. They are available every day.

We look forward to seeing you on a playing field or cheering on one of our teams very soon!

About Naz

"Embracing Faith, Family, and Education"

"Naz's where you belong."  How will you finish the sentence, "Naz because..."?

Our student to faculty ratio of 9:1 allows our teachers to interact with students 1-on-1, providing constant help and support.

Campus Life

Our activities provide a diverse set of opportunities for spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual growth for the students.

Learning about commitment, dedication, hard work, discipline, and teamwork not only helps on the field, but in the classroom as well.

Fine Arts

The Fine Arts at Naz allow students to release their creativity, whether it be through song and dance or a piece of fine art.

Giving to Naz

We are called to give to "Nazareth" - not the building, but to “Nazareth” the home...our home.
